Ballina Campervan & Motorhome History
Ballina Campervan & Motorhome Centre (BCMC) is the only retailer in Australia focused solely on the sales and support of a comprehensive range of built-in Motorhomes and Campervans. However, this did not happen overnight. Business started in 1988 in Ballina, Northern Rivers, NSW as a Recreational Vehicle manufacturer and retailer. At this time we were known as 'Ballina Motor Village'. Since this date the scale of the business has grown considerably to include two key business units covering retail and manufacturing. Along with this came the name upgrade to Ballina Campervan & Leisure Centre. Now, as the Horizon brand of Motorhomes has gained market acceptance, it is timely to reposition the business under the Ballina Campervan & Motorhome Centre Banner.
Ballina Campervan & Motorhome Centre's (BCMC) focus is reflected in the ethos of 'Satisfaction Built-in'. This ethos is supported with a new logo intended to represent a modern 'pointer' helping customers along their chosen path while providing an internal focus for our effort on customer satisfaction. Built-in Motorhomes and Campervans (ie mobile homes constructed within the vehicle's shell) are what we sell, but satisfaction is the goal we have for our customers and vehicles. We specialise so that we can excel!

Horizon MotorhomesHorizon Motorhomes is owned by the same owners as BCMC and is based in Ballina, Northern Rivers area of NSW. This has helped the Horizon brand develop into a tailorable motorhome with flexibility to match each motorhome to needs. Horizon's inception goes back to 1995 with conversions on Toyota Coasters and Mazda Buses. Within 3 years and the release of the Mercedes Benz Sprinter, Horizon's first built-in motorhome, 'The Wattle', was launched - with instant and overwhelming customer acceptance. Horizon now manufactures and tailors some 5 different motorhome models leveraging Fiat Ducato, Mercedes Benz and Volkswagen vans along with several 4 wheel drive options. Frontline CampervansFrontline Campervans was founded in 1987 and is still operated by its Australian founders. Frontline has developed an Australia wide reputation for building high quality campervans at affordable prices. BCMC has been the sole distributors from North of Newcastle through to cover all of Queensland since 1990. It represents the first built in Recreational vehicle available through BCMC. Preloved Motorhomes and CampervansBCMC has a range of pre-loved/Used motorhomes and campervans at a variety of price points to suit all budgets. Each used vehicle comes with the compulsory 3 month dealer warranty. However, we can, depending on the vehicle, extend it to a full 12 month limited warranty.
