This delicious white chocolate mousse recipe is easy to prepare and is the perfect end to any meal.
4 large eggs, separated
250g white chocolate, melted
In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks until pale and creamy, gradually adding in the melted chocolate. In a separate bowl whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into the mousse. Divide between around 6 dessert dishes and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with rasberries.
